Be more careful about when to print abnormal exit status in Eshell

* lisp/eshell/esh-proc.el (eshell-sentinel): Only output abnormal
status when stderr is interactive.

* test/lisp/eshell/esh-proc-tests.el
(esh-proc-test/kill-process/redirect-message): New test.
